In January 2020, driven by a commitment to improve enduringly troubling national student reading performance, the Council of Chief State School Officers (CCSSO) assembled state chiefs, reading experts, policy experts, and other stakeholder groups to begin an open dialogue on how state education agencies can improve reading skills for all students. This is a course based on information and ideas shared.
