Our Next Steps
Y1
Year 1 activities focused on working with partners to create and disseminate free products that promote literacy topics, translating research into easier digestible formats that can reach a wider audience, and working with several state and local education agencies and family groups to provide targeted and intensive technical assistance. Check out the progress we made in Year 1.
Y2 - Y5
In Years 2 through 5, we will focus on creating and providing high quality, useful, and relevant products and services to a wide range of recipients; building the capacity of educators and education agencies to provide evidence-based literacy services; facilitating effective coordination and collaboration with partners to further evidence-based practices; and increasing understanding of and access to evidence-based literacy approaches for family members of children with literacy-related disabilities.
